INSTRUCTIONS

Admins and team captains manage teams and player rosters here. Each team can have up to 10 players, plus a designated captain and co-captain. Captains can add or remove players from their own team.

Admins create matches between two teams on a scheduled date. Each match is played in three rounds of five games. The away team picks their lineup first in Round 1, then the home team counters; the home team picks first in Rounds 2 and 3. Match 5 (slot 4) allows a player to be repeated and supports a forfeit result. Under Schedule you click on the upcoming date and you will see a list of team matches, just click on the match to start your match.

Once a match is complete, the score sheet can be emailed to the league statistician. Open the completed match and use the Submit Score Sheet button to send a PDF summary of the final score and round-by-round results to mikeschatz1858@gmail.com.

All match results roll up into season-wide statistics. View player win rates, team standings, and achievement totals — including 8-Ball Breaks, Table Runs, and Break & Runs — across the full season.

When recording a game winner, you can mark the win type: 8-Ball Break (pocketing the 8 on the break), Table Run (clearing all your balls without the opponent taking a shot), or Break & Run (breaking and running the table). These feed the achievement leaderboards.
